  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, we will make it right.

    You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

    • The product arrives damaged

    • There is a manufacturing or print defect

    • You receive an incorrect item

    To request assistance:

    • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

    • Include your order number

    • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue

    Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost or provide a refund.

  • In most cases, returns are not required. If needed, we will provide instructions after reviewing your request.

  • We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

    • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details

    • Minor variations in design placement or color

    • Shipping delays once the order has been dispatched
